To understand and believe the facts
Here i am trying to solve some general queries or some general  misunderstanding  related to food and macro :

➟ Dietary fat does not make you fat.

➟ Dietary sugars/ Carbohydrates are responsible for making you fat.

➟ Natural dietary Saturated fats are downright good for health and do not lead to Cardiovascular Disease.

➟ Carbohydrates, comprising 60% of our diet as per the ubiquitous' Food Guide Pyramid' is the reason for the Obesity-Diabetic Pandemic. 

➟ Dietary fat and stored body fat is the best source of fuel for the body.

➟ No clinical data or trial has ever proven to link between Protein intake and stress to internal organs. Protein is wrongly associated with Renal issues, Hyperuricemia and Gout. 

➟ Dietary Cholesterol is good for you. It is your friend.

➟ HDL are good cholesterol carries and LDL are even better cholesterol carries. LDL are the only carriers which can transport cholesterol to the organ that needs it most ( the brain) as HDL cannot cross the blood brain barrier.

➟ Glycated LDL ( damaged and misfolded due to sugar attached to LDL) is what causes plaque via infiltration into the endothelial walls of the arteries. So LDL is extremely beneficial to the body, especially the brain, but Sugar damage it.

➟ Triglycerides is found to be very high amongst Vegetarians that follow a high carb, very low fat diet.

➟ There is no correlation between serum cholesterol and dietary cholesterol. Low cholesterol does not in any way protect from a Heart Attack.
